This policy explains what data Slagmarken: Hidden Ranks (“the game”) collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect and why

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising ID, we show no ads, and we never sell your data.

Payments are handled entirely by Apple, Google or Valve (Steam). We never see your card details.

Who processes the data for us

• Supabase (database and game server), hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
• TelemetryDeck (anonymous analytics, EU-based; no personal data or IP addresses stored).
• Apple, Google and Valve (sign-in, purchases and app distribution) under their own privacy policies.

If any of these transfers data outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by the EU’s approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

• Account and progress: until you delete your account.
• Chat messages: 30 days; reported messages up to 12 months.
• Match history and ratings: while your account exists.
• Feedback: up to 24 months.
• Anonymous statistics: up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

• Delete your account directly in the game: Settings → Delete my account. This deletes your account and progress from our server. Purchases stay with your Apple, Google or Steam account and can be restored if you create a new account.
• For anything else, email slagmarken.games@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
• You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.

Children

The game’s age rating is shown on its store page. Online chat is only available to players who are at least 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and tell you in the game when the change is important.
